1. If the Actor Makes a Mistake:

If the actor says something wrong, doesn't use the right music, or forgets to do something you asked for, we'll make a new video for free! Just tell us within a week, and we'll fix it.

2. If You Want to Change Something:

If you want to change the people in the video, the music, or the words after it's finished, we can make a new one for half the price. This is because the actors work hard on each video. Just tell us within a week, and we'll help you get a new video.
